Nintendo chopped Wii price by $50

As the anticipation for “Project Café” soars, Nintendo quickly slashed down Wiis pricing by $50. Now gamers can get the same Wii for $150, starting May 15. No free copies of Wii sports & Wii Sports Resort from now onwards, instead the company has announced that they are going to include a copy of Mario Kart Wii along with a wheel peripheral. This move will make Wii really affordable for casual gamers. The company also announced “Selects”, a term given to highlight the best games available for $20 each.  Early this year, Sony also announced a massive price cuts for PSP in wake of upcoming model called NGP due early next year. We expect Microsoft & Sony will also announce price cuts on their respective home consoles. After all they cannot afford to sell Xbox 360 & PS3 @ $ 300 mark. Don't you think , its time to see a price cut on 3DS too?
