Shift 2: Unleashed is the 17^th title in the Need for speed franchise. The game is a modified version of last year's super hit Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. EA has promise that it will “redefine the racing simulator genre" and has been called as "the most realistic racer ever". Need for Speed is one of the best selling racing franchise in the world .The original Need for speed was launched in 1994 for 3DO (3DO Interactive Multiplayer). More than 100 million games have been sold by EA games.
